Grounds Maintenance and Aftercare
Fordham Landscapes has the full range of mechanical equipment and machinery that makes landscape maintenance operations highly efficient and cost effective for the client.
Staff are fully trained and qualified to use herbicides, strimmers, tractor driven and motorised lawn mowers for all maintenance works for commercial, residential, highway and local authority public rights of way projects.
The maintenance period usually lasts 12 months following practical completion, during which time a number of visits shall be undertaken. During each visit the following shall be completed: checking of all trees and shrubs; undertake weeds control and weed removal from all areas and cut grass using appropriate mowing equipment as per the specification.
